Chad has been in the Disaster Clean Up and Commercial Duct Cleaning Industry since 1996. His knowledge of Disaster Clean Up and Indoor Air Quality is second to none having been an owner and co-owner of a national franchise system specializing in water, fire, and duct cleaning for over 15 years. Duct Detectives, Inc. was formed in 2006 after seeing the importance of Post Construction Duct Cleaning in the Commercial/Health Care Market. Chad has taken the idea of “eyes on” and “hands on vacuuming” to a new level: “It is very important when we are hired by a hospital administrator, or a general or mechanical contractor to get all systems cleaned to NADCA’S ACR 2006 Standards. Our technicians are trained to get their eyes and hands on as much of the duct system as possible to obtain the very best outcome.”

Chad resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife, Karen, whom he met in October 2006. They have two daughters, McKenna & newly welcomed Macie. Chad also has three teenage boys Justin, Alec, and Travis.
